A beautiful site that converted almost nobody. Content sat three clicks deep and the enquiry form asked for eleven fields before anyone knew what the service cost.
We rebuilt the information architecture, designed a token-based system so every page composes from the same parts, and cut the form to four fields. Time to first enquiry fell from six minutes to under ninety seconds.
