Clay Nest Café — Pottery Studio Café Identity
Café and pottery studio identity — hand-drawn nest crest, sage and clay palette, packaging and signage.

Clay Nest is a London café built around a working pottery studio, where every cup on the shelf was thrown by someone in the room. The identity needed to feel handmade without looking amateur.
The crest is a single fine-line drawing: a thrown vessel resting in a nest, with a small bird perched on the rim. Set in a circle with a script wordmark above and a widely spaced CAFÉ below, it works equally as a hanging sign, a ceramic stamp and a sticker on a takeaway lid.
The palette comes straight out of the studio — peppermint and mint green, praline, chocolate and roast coffee brown — and the rollout covers packaging, aprons, mugs, boxes and the lit signage at the entrance.
